Additional Information:
I urgently needed a KAST account, specifically a fully verified account that includes USA Wire details. Before purchasing, I made it clear to the team exactly what I required. I was told that I would receive exactly what was listed in the product description. The description clearly stated and STILL states that the account comes with a Global USA Wire Virtual Account.

However, after purchasing the account, I discovered that there was no USA Wire Virtual Account included. Despite this, the seller claimed that the account was verified and that I received what I paid for, which is not accurate given that the main feature listed in the product description was missing, seller claimed people buy them for the VCC, I never mentioned I needed this account for the VCC, nor does it matter why people usually buy them? Does everyone do everything for the same exact reason?

When I asked them to replace the account with one that actually includes the USA Wire Virtual Account, they said they did not have one in stock. Instead, they offered me the option to choose another account type that I specifically do not need, and they did not provide any comparable alternative that meets the requirements stated in the listing nor was the offer made in the desired time

IMPORTANT: I PURCHASED FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE AUTO DELIVERY AND I NEEDED THE ACCOUNT URGENTLY 

When I requested a refund, the seller pointed to their Terms of Service stating that refunds are not allowed. However, their policy does not cover situations where the delivered product is missing a key feature that was explicitly listed in the product description.

I found out by contacting KAST support that, KAST stopped offering virtual bank accounts to users verified with Indonesian KYC, which caused the virtual bank accounts to be revoked. Regardless of the reason, this is not something that was disclosed prior to the purchase, and it resulted in me NOT receiving the PRODUCT AS ADVERTISED, as shown in the screenshots, he stated clearly that I will get what is mentioned in the product description, yet refused to claim liability after the purchase! 

Because the product delivered does not match the product description, and the seller is unable to replace it with the advertised version, a refund is a reasonable and justified resolution in this case.

I also want to clarify that I did not change anything in the account settings, including the email, password, or any other details. The account remained exactly as it was delivered.
 
What makes this situation even worse is that the seller took the same account back and listed it for sale again, while keeping the same deceptive product description that still claims the account includes a USA Wire Virtual Account.

A sold account is sold. If there is a stock in website, it's clearly a stock from new batch.

If the company itself changed any of their features, it's not our liability. We mentioned in the description as what the company's description says so.

We take no responsibility for changes of the product's website/Company (Example: Bitpay stopped giving Cards and they used to give it, Binance's Website says they are temporarily limiting Wire Transfers). You must understand, the company's decision is not on our hands, If there's something wrong with the bank you purchased that is an issue of the Company/Bank Itself and not under our control, Don't come to us asking for Refund/Replacement.

Kast.xyz officially claims this. If they had changed their policy internally, we would not be liable for their action. Kast.xyz directly claims that they offer a Global USD account for all countries, no matter where you are from.

Also, the buyer has filed a false and misinterpreted case against me, saying that we restocked the same item we sold to him. After selling any product, a new stock is always ready to be replaced in the stock section. It's a falsified speech from the customer.

Clearly stated that I needed it urgently and bought asking of the product description being real and not misleading, offered me after a day some random accounts that have nothing to do with my purpose, I am not someone that does stupid random methods so that I try with some random accounts, I do not need any other accounts, he is lying, the same account is in stock they told me not to use it and that they dont have KAST.XYZ and now they say they do and its a different account? Yet he messaged me what replacement I want as in what other account not KAST? So if its not the same account why are you saying you don't have KAST.XYZ. This is too late I do not need any account as I paid to get instant delivery of what was advertised and demand a refund now, I am not dealing with him as I tried to resolve this and he just keeps repeating himself, there is no resolvation so that is why I made this dispute, the admin team will decide.

The stupid logic with not claiming liability is so fucking pathetic and funny honestly, you must be less than 100 IQ. I clearly asked for KAST account with wire and I didn't get it, not going to repeat myself, will let admins handle this.

Just like if you have a brain and try read these two together it just makes no sense, why would you restock it instantly and not provide the replacement and say you don't have kast you are obviously lying about it being a different account, you are pathetic,  I am not accepting a replacement, and I will not settle for an evasive workaround. Stop sending repetitive DMs and actually read what I’m saying instead of replying with automated, scripted responses. I expect a direct and honest resolution.

Seller has been blocked by me on telegram, he is a stupid idiot who doesn't listen to what I am saying, again need admins to resolve this.
