Upgrade lasts only few months, then when needs fixing you have to chase him for few extra months. 
I've waited 2 weeks first time, now this time it's been almost 1 month, seller ignored many texts and continued to ignore me for past 2 weeks (can be seen on screenshots), I see many other customer's reporting him too.
