Additional Information: paid for credits service on 07/17 - no refund and no activity/update or movement on service. I have purchased from seller before a week or 2 prior and even that deal had a minor hiccup but the seller doesn’t seem to formally communicate the update/status of his end of the bargain.

Its always this dudes, I HAVE TOLD HIM before the thread that ill refund him today or try to load with my minimum time to actually do it . And after I refunded he opened this case. Unbelieveable how people will harsh to ruin stuff before checking their messages.
