I do not recall the exact amount paid, but it was the full amount requested by the designer, including an additional $50 for custom backgrounds.

Additional Information:  
I paid the designer the full amount he requested to redesign two webpages of an existing website, which he completed. However, the images provided in the Figma file are low quality.

From the beginning, I informed him that he could use AI-generated backgrounds if he wanted. Later, he stated that he was having difficulty getting the prompts right and would need to create custom backgrounds instead. He requested an additional $50 for this work, which I paid.

After receiving the Figma file, I sent it to my developer for implementation. The developer requested higher-resolution versions of the images for both webpages. I forwarded this request to the designer.

Since then, the designer has sent replacement images twice, each time at a lower quality than before. He is now ignoring my direct messages, despite being online and active on the forum.

Yes, correct that the redesign work of two webpages on Figma file were completed, and we understand that the outstanding concern is the quality and resolution of the background images. We acknowledge this and are now making sure the final assets meet the required standards for development use.

We are now currently in direct communication with the client through DMs and are actively working on the remaining items, we’re also making sure communication stays open and responsive until everything is fully delivered and confirmed and our priority is to complete the delivery correctly and as soon as possible as we’re already working on this and will provide updates promptly. If, for any reason, this cannot be completed after review, we’re open to discussing a fair resolution.

I'm tired of getting the wrong sized pictures, low quality images, implementing every test subject he sends and waiting for new ones. I have asked for a full redesign, no more AI slop or a full refund of $250 cause I have been waiting almost 1 month now. @Alex @Ping
