Additional Information: I've purchased 50gb proxies from him where he mentioned i would have instant access to it. after purchasing, i got an email including the proxy list and text "Your IP will be whitelisted within 24 hours!". I thought i would have instant access like he mentioned. Whatever, after that i messaged him on telegram to whitelist my IP but i wasn't getting any replies. After 24 hours i had to spam a bit
and then he replied and asked for my IP. I sent the IP and boom he vanished for few hours again. I would be ok with that if proxies were good enough like he mentioned. But no, trust me they're shit. I've tried with many checkers and config
both public/private but never got over 20-50cpm. After i told that to him he said, they're getting raped by 100 people rn and he told me to wait for the proxies to rotate. i've waited several hours, but still same. I don't wanna pay for something i couldn't use.
Note: There is no option to check the remaining bandwidth. Im pretty sure, i couldn't use more than 200mb

There was never any assurance that proxies will have high cpm for your website
You received your product and noticed that it's slow for your target/s. There will be no refunds because there was no assurance
Edit: I'm working on a new pool because current proxies are blocked if there is mass checking; if you can wait, I can pause your membership; if not, you can keep using current pool

didn't find anything to call them premium proxies. Also what about the instant access you mentioned on your thread?.
I don't want any extention, i have already purchased from a different provider and they working pretty fine.

It's not your fault. But I'm simply saying there's no certainty; we didn't speak about proxies working on your targets; if cpm is low, it's because they've been blacklisted (some websites block mass checking). If you pause your membership now, you will have the opportunity to test another pool that I am developing, another chance to determine whether the speed will improve or not
The benefit of obtaining proxies immediately is that I won't have to contact you for proxy delivery, and I can simply whitelist specified IP addresses
Let us wait for a staff member to assess this discussion. I'll repeat it again: there's no assurance that proxies will operate quickly on your targets, It would be a very different situation altogether if we were discussing this in private
