Additional Information: Paid for a Coursera acc upgrade on 21st Oct and was asked to wait 2 days to complete the Upgrade. 
After completion of 2 days, the account upgrade was not yet done. When asked, they casually respond saying, we will let you know once it is ready.
There is no ETA and they failed to deliver within the promised timeline.
Want a refund of the amount paid, since their Service is LQ and borderline Trash.
