Additional Information: I bought a Paypal account from him that was working perfectly and I followed all his instructions including buying the proxy from him. Unfortunately a few days later the Google Voice number that he added was disabled by Google and I asked him to replace the number for me but his supplier refused and I had to pay for another number.
This is where the problems began as first his Google Voice guy took his time to send him a number for my account and this was a critical thing as I could lose access to the paypal account if it asked for an otp. When his provider gave him a bunch of numbers to try adding to my Paypal account I added one but it was already sold and this locked me out of my Paypal when I tried to exit the confirmation code part since I couldnt add the number. I could no longer sign in for a while and when I was able to it was asking for an otp from the number I tried to add and I asked him if he could ask his Google Voice provider for code to the person he sold it to. The provider again refused.
I have tried to reasonably work with him on solutions but he seems to not care and I have lost money by purchasing this account with other things to make it work and by sending money to it. He's not providing me adequate solutions and I don't think this is right considering I followed every single instructions and used his proxy.
