He had requested the tool in his post, I provided, we agreed that he was going to pay 100$, as far as I remember he told me as soon as I sent it, he did not. He continued to say that he'd pay within upcoming days, days became weeks, weeks turned into a month and I still haven't gotten paid. He was banned on Telegram since then, I caught him on shoutbox yesterday and tried to initiate another attempt, he replied and explained that he didn't block, I sent him a PM for his new Telegram so I can ask again for the money, he hasn't replied.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything man, like, I gave you a very long time to come through, but a deal's a deal and a man has gotta eat.
