Actually, studies have shown that yellowish colors are more damaging to the eyes than white or black colors, those night color addons are actual bs, you may think that your eyes feel more at ease, but that's just because they drop down the brightness, the only good solution is to buy glasses that reflects blue light, u can find them at most pharmacies.

Dude, I think I need glasses soon.My eye doctor told me in the past when I was 15y old, I could need glasses at 22-25y... and fuck I think he is right, since Im mostly late night online and those shitty websites with their white design fucking my eyes...
