1. Order your items. £3000, 2 items is safe limit.
2. Once arrived request a return (DPD)
3. Request DPD FTID.
4. As soon as your FTID has been delivered, contact
Dell (phone call is best).
5. Refund is usually processed on the spot, if not
simply wait a day and call again.
Important: Make sure you get proof of postage as they
often request it.
