Spooky was looking for an investor/partner to make an IPTV. i accepted and after some back and forward we made a group with an IPTV reseller.
The next day, after paying, he contact me saying that he doesn't want to do it no more.

So I then told him he had to pay me back, because sure it was an investment but it would be like asking an investor to pay 600$ into a website dev and once he paid the dev, you just say "nvm I want to do it alone". You have to do your part of the job. And he didnt.
He simply declined to give me the money back because "it is a failed investment"
