Credit Decimal System is Confusing

Here (below) it says I have 261.00 credits, which seems grater than 5.000 credits. Now, if you consider the Dots, Periods, Fullstops (.) as commas then I have 261,00 which is way bigger than 5,000. Then why can't I buy it? :??: The decimal system is confusing and janky. I can't understand lol. Someone please explain this to me.
