Cracking with Sqli/Dorks/storm

I am completely new into this, I have been reading non-stop threads but I keep circling around. I will have few questions to our pro users I will try to keep it simple so makes it easier for both of us  

1-  I am using RDP Server, Do I really need VPN To get decent dorks/SQli? 
2- How bad is it to crack with free proxies? Do you really have to have premium ones to be able to successful?
3- Whatever I do at the moment I keep failing I don't know where begin or what to purchase..

Answer; No Need For VPN if u use HQ Proxies

Answer: i'm using Free Proxies like daily for checking but if u really want HQ stuff u have to get Premium Proxies

Answer: Start with Free Things first when u see ur self making Progress then buy Proxies, Configs, Checkers...

Thank you for your response,   I am using free combox from our form and using free proxies from google. but I do get no hits at all.. I've tried making my own dorks but its quite hard. 

Does sqli require proxies to hit google urls? thanks ( or im getting bad keywords thats why im getting bings ones)
