Unfortunately dude, that's the internet for you. sure you can have people bully a bully but would that actually solve anything? Prob don't want my input but eh fuck it,  I'd recommend teaching your brother there are shitty people out there and to not let it get to him, and that while that guy was a dick indeed, that shit will come back to him. It might be hard to look past the things shitty people say but at the end of the day it doesn't matter as long as you know that shit wasn't true. I feel for your brother, and I hope he's alright.
