STEPS:
1: DOWNLOAD THE FILE AND DECOMPRESS IT
2: EXECUTE PVA CREATOR.EXE
3: A WINDOW DOWNLOADING XUL RUNNER WILL APPEAR, LET IT FINISH, ITS NECESSARY
4: AFTER WILL APPEAR A WINDOW TO UPDATE SOME MODULES OR THE PROGRAM VERSION, DONT UPDATE IT
5: ENJOY!
