Copy or clone files from an RDP to another through a software

I am working on a project which requires a large number of RDPs and at the moment I have to set them up and install individual softwares on each one of them (which is taking me days),

I am wondering if there's a software that would allow me to set up only one RDP and then copy/clone the data and installed tools to the other RDPs through internet?

Anything would help.

can make it ..... also need to do some code to run if there is an exe .. else i can copy all files automattically
