Converting to Paypal business

I have a personal account and want to start accepting PayPal on my sellix, though it will require me to upgrade to a business account. So which business type do i choose?  ( https://imgur.com/aDAaBb8 ) Will converting cause a lock on funds?

Or should i make a brand new account and sign up as a business account instead.
