There are 2 possibilities:
1. You are not uploading the photo in the proper way. Once it's fully uploaded to the image hosting service u are using -> right-click on it and "Copy image location" -> paste that link when u upload it. 2. It's too small by design (RIP) There is an active impersonator contacting people on my behalf. I will not DM you first to sell you anything.
Always confirm on forum via PM any transaction you find suspicious.
