Case Insensitive for smilies used in the Shoutbox

There are several smilies in the Shoutbox and most of us remember the code for the smilies we generally use but sometimes go wrong with the capitalization of letters while typing in the smiley code. 
I think it would be better if the smilies code were insensitive.

Like :SadNigga: should gave the same result as :sadnigga : (added the space to avoid posting the smiley itself)

Yes +1 this one will make us use the emoji more easier
but i have a better way,  you can turn on "Smilies below message field" on sb setting" .
