Can't type in Taskbar search Windows 11 Home

Hello, I have a weird situation. I have a new Gaming PC with Windows 11 Home that I built recently. When I power it on and hit enter to put in my pin it doesn't work. I have to manually open it with my mouse. Then once I'm into Windows and click on my Start Menu and try to search something nothing will type. My keyboard works fine in Opera GX. The only way I seem to fix this is to restart my PC. The problem happens again when it starts again after a complete power down.
