There is a lot of free knowledge on the internet, even YouTube. Self learning will help you in the future.

If you have the motivation and dedication to learn how to do so. I've tried to learn penetration testing, but I gave up soon after. I know if you do want to start out, Kali Linux can be your best friend. You just need to learn up on it. Youtube, Udemy, and many other resources and information for you to learn. I can't imagine a tutorial that shows how to specifically get into accounts on Netflix, Hulu, etc.
