Just keep in mind, that I don't wanna have to deal with this, but the reality is he is not responding to me. Even if he has a ton of customers, I PAID HIM and he took the time to redeem my gift card and say I will get my product the next day, and failed to deliver on the product, so I wanna make that clear. But mind you if at any point he just delivered my product, this would be closed.
