Hello, just had a quick question;

Why are 99.99% of checkers i stumble across are made in C# or python? Are there no Java/C/C++/Go/nodeJS developers making checkers?

If we're talking about being less verbose, how is C# a contender?
Exhibit A: Cracked.io's auth system, the C# file has a couple hundred lines of code as compared to the 48 line python counterpart.

Not sure why others do...but I use Python and C# because that's what I know.  I've seen a couple checkers written in Go.  C/C++ are still used if needing to access bare metal resources (ie hashcat), however most of us would prefer to use something else for our own projects.  It's been 10 years since I've touched C++.

Java just sucks, and it always has.
