User @oldgalatea purchased DHL EXPRESS FTIDV3 from us, which was intended to be delivered to the closest open business, not the company itself =FTIDV3. We shipped the label, and its tracking history reflects this information. If needed, I can provide a link to the tracking details. However, DHL EXPRESS LOST our label, and as a result, we presented the user with two options. The first option was to pay an additional fee for DHL EXPRESS delivery scan, which would ensure that the label is delivered to the desired location. It's important to note that we were only reselling those scans and couldn't provide this service for free in such cases.
The second option was to redrop the package for free, but it might affect the tracking and could potentially result in the store denying a refund. I can provide the conversation as evidence. User decided to leave it be as it is but to provide him RECEIPT of drop, which we did.
Regarding the user's second purchase of LIT for poste italien, we shared a screenshot of our communication with the Italian dropper, where it was mentioned that LIT might be replaced with FTIDV3. User @oldgalatea responded with "very good" as shown in the screenshot. Based on this agreement, we proceeded with the FTIDV3 option, but the user later expressed dissatisfaction.
Due to these circumstances and the reasons mentioned above, we will not be issuing a refund to this user for either of these two labels.
