hey there i just found this bug, it's not something which could break the forum but it's worth to be fixed on future. 
I'm going on my profile: cracked.to/valve , then below clicking on 20% from Warning Level field. See here: http://prntscr.com/skjhgn
This is the error which i see when i'm trying to see my warnings: http://prntscr.com/skji3a
Also if i'm going on a thread (made by me) then click on 20% from Warning Level field it will work, See here: http://prntscr.com/skjii0
This is the expected result: http://prntscr.com/skjjg1
On short, the warnings are able to be saw only by clicking from a thread, not from your own profile, you know what i mean, you can test it.

Edit: also a bug hunter award should be added too or anything else like that for who is trying to help this forum reporting bugs
