Broken Images -> Add a clear cookies link / button

I know many members have experienced the issue of broken images / images not loading on threads.  This typically happens after someone has been browsing the forum for some time and looked at *a lot* of threads.  From my understanding, this is due to a cloudflare limit on the max header size, resulting in a 520 error.  The issue can be resolved by removing or pruning the mybb[threadread] and/or mybb[forumread] cookies.

My suggestion is to add a link or button somewhere on the page to execute a simple javascript function to delete/reset these cookies for a user.  Not sure where would be the best place to put it, but was thinking maybe on the header menu under extras, or at the bottom of a thread next to the new reply button?

If not implemented, I would suggest adding a sticky in Forum Support & Bugs advising members to clear these cookies if they are seeing broken images on pages.
