Bought a Hotmail Cloud.. What do I do?

So, a friend of mine recently told me to buy into a Hotmail Cloud.
I used some free config, some good proxies and got about 65 hits from today's list posted in the groupchat. Problem is, most of them are already raped and no matter where I login (Amazon etc) it asks for phone num
What do I do with these logs? Feel like I've gotten scammed lol
