Your body can only absorb and effectively utilize a certain amount of protein. Otherwise people would just eat 500g/day and be crazy ripped in a few months of living at the gym.

no offense but i know what im doing, ive gained clean weight and id rather eat high protein food for calories than stuff i dont like - its gone well so far, ive spoken to coaches too and this is fine, i also burn loads working in construction so i need a lot  [Image: pepeknife.png]
