Bitcoin transaction that been 0/3 for 2 days. Also potential xrisky impersonator

So I sell configs and this kid sends me $10 btc transaction and I wanted to wait for at least 1 confirmation to send the config. It's been around 2 days now and it's still 0/3 which I have never dealt with before.

tl;dr he pays for a config with btc and I wanted to wait for 1 confirmation and around 2 days go by and it hasn't confirmed 1. I've never seen this before so I wanted him to open up a scam report on me because I wanted to know what staff would say. I actually don't believe anything he's saying but ya know whatever. It's been a hour since this has happened and no scam reports have opened up againist me so I have no idea what he's doing. Thoughts?

That is because of Btc rising so the mempool is all fucked up - You can't open a scam report you should've waited for 1 confirmation before sending to him
But meh idk maybe he is an impersonator drop the UID here and discord info
