soo umm thx to @yourfriendlylilhomie for this idea... 

- Giveaways only to upgraded people who meet some requirements.
- Giveaways with supreme upgrade only to people who have already infinity because we're many.

uhh i think we should make it so that giveaways can be easier to set up.. 
basically we can add requirements to giveaway's where it can only allow people with XXXXX rank , XXXX Amount of likes and XXXX Amount of rep to join


like you have to choose 
what rank ( like discord channel role requirements ) 
Likes ( you set it up yourself for example 297+ likes )
rep ( you set it up yourself for example 73+ rep )

idk might be useless cause not many people do giveaways ( fuckin jews )
