Best way to find anyone's email

As the title asks, I've tried a quite a few OSINT sites, to no avail, so any other ideas on how I can find a target's email address?

Dehashed and spokeo r good, but apparently dehashed is suppoed to integrate Spokeo's database anyways so..., go with dehashed.

Isn't Dehashed looking for their passwords in a database though? I haven't even got the email yet.
