Most VPN IP's are blacklisted on many websites. In my opinion, buy a cheap linux VPS with a datacenter next to your own location and setup your own VPN on it. You won't be able to change GEO's, but if you genuinely need a VPN for personal use instead of your own IP (domestically) this is the best answer. Also you can wipe the logs whenever you want by accessing your VPN via SSH. :)
