he is PasswordStealer / RAT 

I run on Vm , Blocked Task Manager if you try to restart/turn off you get a blue screen then on the second reboot a Windows update starts up, with the addition of several malware in each corner of the PC. The Windows profiles have been put in invisible very disabling, the ignition of the PC will therefore need to retype the identifiers and the password .
