comment down ur favorite bread dessert etc need ideas to add to my bakery store my workers are just there to sell and give and cooks prep etc

Strudels, cherry, apple, blueberry. Danishes, maple pecan specifically. Slices of cake, topped with whipped cream, half a strawberry and choco sticks. Tiramisu, some form of chocolate, but not like normal chocolate like tuxedo truffle or something maybe a third of your choice. Summers coming, anything with fresh fruit really is kinda a hit, could make mini fruit flans.

Fruit topped cheesecake, and just variety of cake slices but seems like especially cheesecake is always a hit for people just coming in to grab a bite. Macrons  as well if you're able to make them at a reasonable price. I don't know what your production capability/capacity is like but people love freshly baked bread. Doesn't even have to be anything fancy, literally just baguettes will do. French or rustic. Ciabatta, same with loafs. If you're able to trial a few different types of breads put a bunch out, see what sticks and whats a hit with people.
