[BUG?] Cant change Username or contact staff team.

Hey, Im unable to change my username:

But my Account is activated and im accessing the page from the settings?.
Can you please change my Username to something random like: "rhinotune"

Im also unable to pm Staff Team, it always says "You already send a pm" ?
