Hi, i am not sure is this the write place to do my question. But why there are no BINS on this site? Are they illegal and this will get the site down or something else? I just want to know, I am new here and to this thing, I mostly do it to learn new things, not really to steal/scam/hack

BIN, as in the Bank Id Number on credit cards?  This would mainly be discussed in relation to carding / credit card fraud. Carding draws too much attention from authorities and is a prohibited topic on the site.  Forum rule #5
