I am writing to respectfully appeal the ban placed on my account following a scam report opened by a buyer. I would like to clarify the full situation, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
The issue started because the delivery of the product was delayed cuz the customer has a verification in his account. As soon as the buyer opened the scam report, I immediately contacted the administration and clearly stated that I would resolve the issue, and if the delivery could not be completed, I would issue a full refund.
Within a few time, I refunded the buyer in full, exactly as promised and within the same day. Unfortunately, it seems that the buyer did not update the scam report or inform the staff that the refund had already been completed.
When I later checked the forum, I found that my account had already been banned, and I was unable to contact the administration afterward. I believe the ban was applied before the resolution (refund) was taken into account.

I kindly ask you to please review this case again and reconsider the ban, as the issue was resolved fairly and in good faith.
