I wanna start a proxy cloud bussiness

But idk if its a 1 man job or should I get a few more people

Does anyone know how to make HQ proxies ? Eg . Do I need a proxy server or a good scraper

Either A pay for good hosting, or spread a stable RAT to enough people and use them as proxies  either one is viable. Running a scraping service will not get you far, anyone can scrape.
