Anyone know some good SE's i can do?

Im looking for like, starter stuff. I already figured out how to SE xbox giftcards and...starbucks giftcards..i actually got 70$ in starbucks giftcards in the mail today, pretty exciting. I think im ready to move onto something more though, just not sure what. Cause like, I really don't trust the social engineering section for some reason it just doesn't strike me as safe  . 

So, if anyone knows some stuff i can do. Thanks
