some days will be harder than others, but it gets easier. there's really no one way to "deal" with it you just gotta give yourself the time and space u need to heal. but appreciating the good times helps me

What I did in the past is smoke lots of dope until it didn't hurt so much and I didn't go out much.  That helped me.  It doesn't get 100% better, only manageable and once I didn't need to smoke dope to manage it, I could handle the day.
