I wouldn't recommend buying e-books or guides or anything like that. You can find free tutorials on Youtube on how to do this stuff it's that easy. And if you're a total doofus then i would recommend looking into something else. If you have questions just ask on the forum or message someone who is willing to help you.

Really depends how much you want to learn about them, how they work or remain FUD. How they install or spread? What are the capabilities. All depends on how far you want to research into it.
