Hi, i have to inject this lua in CS GO, but i can't make it .dll file because i don't have any experience..

You can't just directly convert it into a DLL file. That specific Lua uses Aimware's own Lua API which is made for its own cheats. However if you made a cheat yourself, without a Lua API, since in this case its not really needed, then you would be able to achieve a very similar result.
