Any better version of Lucky Patcher?

I've been bored, doing nothing lately and I remembered lucky patcher so I decided to test and check if still worked, sadly it doesn't anymore. I've also heard of freedom but I never got it to work and I doubt it still works to this day... so if you guys have any app/s that can get free in-app purchases, that'd be really helpful.
