An update regarding the Giveaway section

As Giveaways are meant to be a gift not a self-benefit matter, I'd like to suggest

• Forcing a maximum deadline of 1 week period in order to keep the Giveaway thread among the latest threads.
  
• Implementing a requirements system inside of Giveaway threads. (Rank, number of posts, reputation ,likes ,number of entries)
  
• Implementing an automatic feature to pick randomly and announce the winners in the Giveaway thread within the Giveaway deadline.
  
• An automatic feature to lock immediately the Giveaway thread right after announcing the winner.
  
• A reward system for the Giveaway holders. (An award for hosting 10 Giveaways for example.)
