Just claim it arrived damaged and you are very sad, or that your box is empty.

So, As far as my experience goes for refunding. I would suggest you chat with support and say that you receive the product, but something was different. That the smell of perfume was distinct than usual, and there was no seal on the perfume as someone already used it.
This Method will work 100% time:-
1) Instant refund if amazon is seller itself and you ask for (Amazon Balance)
2)Certified seller will give a refund in 2-3 days
Bonus Tip - If you are going to waste so much time, then why don't do $20 will not make you rich or something at least go with something under $100.
*Don't Spam this method like kid read amazon policy they got right to ban your address (To remove your address from the ban list make a new account with a new name and say that you move home and unable to place an order from amazon and they will unban your address)
