Amazon put my account on hold with my own bank details

So i refunded a keyboard then a week later i made a amazon account and used the same info except i put a typo in the address and basically they put my account on hold, then i made another account and on the other account i used a vcc generated on revolut and got a hold AGAIN then i submitted my bank statement, its been 2 weeks they havent unholded my account, what do i do? Should i put a new phone number and a drop address and a vcc from revolut (the same name on the card though)

Side question: when typing my bank details (revolut vcc) can i put another name than the original on the card?
