I created an account on Amazon, made an order and they were asking me to take a screenshot of my ID, credit card number with last 4 digits and some billing information to see if it's really me.
I did that and got no response, then I tried to create another account because I can't login on that first one that I created and send them confirmation proof, and with another account same problem, they don't reply and they don't even care.
Is there any other way to avoid this?
