Amazon blocked my account after they told me they're giving me a refund?

So, I got an email of them telling me they've requested a refund and the money will turn up in my account in 5-7 days but afterwards told me that they have banned my account, would I still get my money or do I have to unblacklist my account for 24hrs for the money to come through? Any advice or info much appreciated c.fam!
