Ive tried to stop people from this scam but I see its still going. The seller has no clue if the card numbers he's selling is even linked to an amazon credit account. 
basically just generate card numbers on https://namso-gen.com/ and selling them

Yes but you don't need to know if it is linked to an account seen that on amazon when you pay for an item they confirm the debit of the money after the delivery so the payment after the delivery would not go through
