Hello guys. I am trying to refund an order from amazon.de (~1200EURO), used a fake return to them and after waiting all the 31 days, they've sent me an incident report to fill. After doing that and contacting them multiple times, they are saying that they wont issue a refund because they have not received the returned package and I need to contact DHL about it.

Can you please help me with that and what should I do from here? please help!

Get in touch with your bank and tell them the situation, the will 100% refund you your money
